Job Description:

Role description - Business Analyst responsible for evaluating downstream impacts of UNITE transformation initiatives to the Complaints business in Customer Production and Support. Defines business requirements, supports Agile delivery teams, and drives business readiness through impact assessments, process design, SOP updates, training, communications, UAT, BPIV, and change management activities.  

  • Key

responsibilities

  • Conduct

impact assessments of upstream UNITE Transformation Stream Projects (TSPs) to identify downstream impacts to Customer Production and Support.

  • Should have

API integration experience in Banking domain to assist in assessments

  • Partner with

business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for delivery teams. 

  • Translate

business needs into delivery-ready artefacts, including user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for Agile Release Trains.

  • Facilitate

workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business processes, requirements, risks, and operational impacts. 

  • Develop

current-state and future-state process maps to support solution design and business readiness activities.

  •  Support

business readiness and change management activities, ensuring impacts are understood and effectively managed across affected teams.

  • Support

business documentation uplift, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.

  •  Review

training materials and support training delivery to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

  • Prepare and

coordinate business communications to support change implementation and stakeholder awareness.

  • Plan,

coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, test cases, defect management, and business sign-off activities.

  • Support

Business Process Integrated Validation (BPIV) and end-to-end testing activities to validate business outcomes and operational readiness. Analyse risks, dependencies, and operational impacts, and provide recommendations to support delivery and implementation decisions. 

  • Collaborate

with Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Teams, and Change Managers to ensure business requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly understood. 

  • Contribute

to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance customer, employee, and operational outcomes.
