What you will do

At Volvo Group you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:

  • Analyse business processes, operational performance, and incidents to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into clear functional solutions and prioritized change requests.
  • Support the implementation of new applications, system upgrades, and digital initiatives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead or support projects that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by combining business understanding, analytical skills, and technology expertise.

Your future team

You will join a team of specialists dedicated to supporting the success of Volvo Action Service's daily operations. The team brings together a range of expertise, including workforce planning, training, quality, reporting and analytics. Together, we provide the insights and support that enable our operational teams to deliver an excellent customer experience every day.

Volvo Action Service is a 24/7 operation and our department is spread over three European sites – Ghent (Belgium), Rugby (UK) and Bucharest (Romania), as well as our team in Johannesburg (South Africa). Everyone shares a passion for giving the customer the best experience possible and solving any problems that might arise.

Who are you?

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving business processes, analytics, systems, or digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and improvements.
  • Extensive knowledge of Qlik and Power BI
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
