We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team!
Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations.
A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient.

Product Delivery plays a key role in guiding the development team, prioritizing the backlog and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of features that meet user and business needs.
They are also in full alignment with PCH and Product Area Lead into developing the product vision and represent the customer's interests within the team. The "product analyst" is responsible for maximizing product value.
What your key responsibilities will be:
Product Backlog Management
- The Product Analyst collects the product requirements of all stakeholders, transforms them into tasks, and prioritizes the order of processing.
- Manage a well-defined, prioritized backlog to effectively guide development efforts
- Maintain the product backlog
- Continuously refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Participate in refinements to clarify, estimate, and prepare user stories
Sprint planning and execution
- Prioritize backlog items, determining the order in which items are processed
- Guide the development team during sprints to ensure value delivery
- Participate in sprint planning and set sprint goals
- Clarify user stories and requirements during development
- Help track progress of sprint deliverables and support issue resolution during development
- Assist in resolving blockers and coordinating cross-team dependencies
- Support the team during development to clarify scope and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and address dependencies
- Contribute to timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements
- Support documentation efforts, including release notes, TFP and training materials
Post-Go-Live management
- Manage all post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition, resolve outstanding items, and plan any follow-up work
- Clarify and document remaining tasks or requirements, determining whether they fall under: post-production stabilization, new feature requests, or ongoing support and maintenance
- Ensure proper handovers to support teams for any items transitioning to operational maintenance
- Collect user feedback and document lessons learned
Metrics and feedback
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Identify improvements or additional opportunities
Derive product elements (increments)
- Write user stories or features and add them as entries to the product backlog, refine the entries with the team (e.g. in backlog refinement) and formulate acceptance criteria for the individual entries
Define quality standards
- Formulate requirements, develop the definition of done and the definition of ready with the team
Stakeholder management
- Stays in close contact with all stakeholders of the product (e.g. customers or company representatives) to take all interests and needs into account
Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate activities with respective clients, taking into consideration software support activities and implementation projects for Quipu Software Products
- Keep Quipu Internal coordination and communication with various development teams, and product experts
- Focus to lead problem solution and activities from beginning till the end
- Ensure that "Definition of ready" is satisfied and provides "definition of done" criteria
Skills:
- Strong understanding of user needs and behaviors, strong business product knowledge
- Ability to translate insights into valuable product features.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Backlog management and story writing
- Communication: Strong facilitator, negotiator and has also organizational skills
- Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
