Senior Pension Systems Analyst United Kingdom and 9 more Be the First to Apply The primary focus for a Pension Systems Analyst will be to focus to Onboarding of new schemes to the Pension Administration business. It is understood that, from time to time, the Senior Pension Systems Analyst may be required to deputise for the Team Leader. This is a permanent role that can be based in any of our offices working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:

  • Provides advanced level day-to-day frontline support of the pension systems
  • Demonstrates an advanced understanding of the pension systems
  • Demonstrates an advanced understanding of simple, standard, and complex benefit structures
  • Configures the pension systems to provide automation for schemes with standard and complex benefit structures
  • Provides Pension Systems and advice, as a Subject Matter Expert, to standard and complex project work
  • Produces reports and provides analysis of standard and complex pension system data
  • Prepares simple, standard, and complex bulk data to enable, and perform, its upload to the pension systems

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • A minimum of GCSE Grade “5” or “C” in Mathematics and English
  • An in-depth knowledge and high level of experience of pension and payroll administration (DB/DC/CARE/Cash balance, and Hybrid arrangements)
  • Demonstrate an awareness of UK pension legislation, current/historic issues, and their application to administration, inclusive of PPF specific requirements
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and in particular, Excel) to an advanced level
