As a Project Manager, you will provide operational and coordination support to the Oral 360 Learning Plan, ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams and strong collaboration between cross-functional teams. You will bring structure, visibility and delivery discipline to the project by managing timelines, dependencies, governance routines and stakeholder alignment. This is a hands-on role for someone proactive, organized and comfortable working in a dynamic, distributed environment. This is an offer for a half-time (FTE) position.

YOU WILL

  • Own and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, trackers and action logs as the single source of truth for the project team
  • Track progress across workstreams, milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying deviations and bottlenecks
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on key deliverables, timelines and dependencies
  • Organize and facilitate regular project team touchpoints and governance meetings
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, status updates, action logs and materials for leadership reviews
  • Maintain project risk, issue and dependency logs and proactively escalate emerging risks
  • Coordinate mitigation actions and follow up on open commitments to ensure timely delivery
  • Support effective project communication across distributed and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Coordinate operational and logistical activities, including product prototyping and product shipments for testing
  • Continuously improve project ways of working, bringing structure, transparency and a proactive mindset to the team
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in an R&D environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, manage and escalate risks proactively
  • Experience with project management, stakeholder communication and change management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams
  • A proactive, independent and autonomous mindset with a strong can-do attitude
  • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments
  • A collaborative approach, positive energy and the charisma to engage and influence others
  • Previous experience delivering R&D projects is an advantage
