Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
