Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, including pipeline configuration, promotion paths, and deployment automation.
  • Own end-to-end release management across the environment chain (Dev → QA → UAT → Staging → Production), coordinating release schedules with developers, admins, and QA.
  • Manage GitHub-based version control for Salesforce metadata: branching strategy, pull request workflows, merge conflict resolution, and commit hygiene.
  • Automate metadata deployments, environment provisioning, and sandbox seeding/refresh cycles.
  • Hands-on proficiency with the Salesforce CLI for metadata retrieval/deployment, org management, and scripting release workflows
  • Strong demonstrated skills in Copado (pipelines, deployments, environment management)
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce Metadata API and package-based deployment
