About Us: We are a fast-growing logistics company building a B2B Android app that powers our operations and client services. You’ll join a small but passionate development team and have a direct impact on shaping our mobile platform.
Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Android developer to join our team. You’ll be involved in all stages of feature development—from initial design discussions to testing, deployment, and monitoring. You’ll also take a lead role in promoting best practices, modern architectures, and technical excellence across the Android app.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java, following MVVM architecture.
- Take initiative in adopting modern Android frameworks and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in architectural discussions.
- Maintain building and deployment pipelines and monitor support channels to assist clients when necessary.
- Refactor existing code, write unit tests, and ensure overall code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature design, implementation, and delivery.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Android development.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt, MVVM architecture, and unit testing.
- Willingness to get involved in full feature lifecycle, including design and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration.
- Experience in logistics or B2B apps is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Passionate about staying up to date with the latest Android technologies.
