Are you a highly organised marketing professional who enjoys bringing projects to life in a collaborative, international environment? We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our global Campaigns & Events team.
At TECHNIA, we simplify product innovation with smart solutions that speed up time to market. Our expertise helps companies stay competitive by making processes efficient and transparent. In other words, we bring SMARTER PRODUCTS FASTER. The Global marketing team supports TECHNIA's markets across 14 countries by planning and delivering events and integrated marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Project Manager will focus on plan and deliver our marketing projects, consisting of both events and campaigns. You will work on both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, customer events, and industry conferences. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the marketing team as well as other internal stakeholders, and support integrated marketing campaigns and other team initiatives. As our priorities evolve, the allocation of projects and responsibilities within the team may develop, meaning that there and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in this role.
Our largest markets include the Nordics and Benelux, UK, ECAL and NAM. As German would complement the language capabilities already represented within the team, German language skills are particularly valuable for this role.
Reporting to the Head of Campaigns & Events in Stockholm, Linn Skagersjö, you will work closely with marketing colleagues, regional sales teams, and external partners across the globe.
What you will do:
As a Marketing Project Manager, your initial focus will be on planning, coordinating, and delivering events and campaigns across our international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage various marketing projects from planning through delivery and follow-up, including timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with global marketing colleagues, regional sales teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate and publish project communications and promotional materials across relevant channels.
- Plan and deliver virtual and in-person events, including webinars, customer events, partner events, and industry conferences.
- Evaluate marketing initiative outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- You are a proactive and highly organised marketing professional with a few years of experience in similar role
- You are comfortable managing several events and initiatives at different stages, while keeping timelines, budgets, details, and stakeholders under control.
- You enjoy building relationships, working across functions and countries, and turning plans into action.
- Most importantly, you are passionate about creating impactful marketing experiences that drive demand and generate leads, while continuously looking for new ways to improve performance and results.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Experience working with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
- Experience creating and publishing marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, social media content, and event communications.
- Experience planning and delivering both virtual and in-person corporate events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, which is our shared working language.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis (maximum one or two trips per quarter).
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Professional proficiency in German. This is particularly valuable as it would complement the language capabilities already represented within our team.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Interest in and practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and performance.

You’ll work closely with both marketing and sales, build a broad international network, and continue developing your skills within a global organisation.
