Job Description

岗位职责：

• 全面负责土建专业工作，从设计、采购到施工直至最终交付，覆盖项目全生命周期。
• 参与设计方案评审，重点关注结构安全性、建筑整体性及与机电等其他专业的协调配合。
• 主导招标技术文件编制，参与材料选型及供应商评估；监督现场施工质量及关键工序。
• 识别并管理项目变更及潜在索赔，评估对工期和成本的影响；作为核心对接人，统筹设计院、顾问、施工方及供应商，解决现场协调问题。
• 组织最终验收及移交，编制竣工文件；定期向管理层汇报项目进展、质量情况及潜在风险，并提出应对建议。

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of CSA works from design and procurement through construction to final handover.
• Participate in design reviews, focusing on key parameters such as structural safety, building integrity, and coordination with other engineering systems.
• Lead preparation of technical documents for bidding, support material selection and vendor evaluation; supervise on-site construction quality and key installation processes.
• Identify and manage project changes and potential claims, assess their impact on schedule and cost; act as primary interface among design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve on-site coordination issues.
• Oversee final inspections and acceptance, prepare handover documents; regularly report project progress, quality status, and risks to leadership with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 本科或以上，土木工程、结构工程、建筑学或相关专业。
• 至少5年土建相关经验，具备工业厂房项目全过程管理背景（数据中心、半导体、医药或制造业）。
• 熟悉项目全流程运作，涵盖设计、招采、施工到验收各阶段。
• 有招标技术文件编制及评标经验；了解建筑规范、结构标准及洁净厂房相关要求。
• 具备较强的全局把控能力，能在工期紧张、多方协作下推进项目；沟通谈判能力突出，能有效协调各方达成目标。

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of civil/structural experience, with proven full-cycle project management background in industrial plant projects (data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing facilities).
• Familiar with the full project workflow from design, tendering, and procurement through construction to acceptance.
• Experience in technical document preparation and bid evaluation; knowledge of building codes, structural standards, and cleanroom requirements.
• Strong organizational capability to drive projects under tight schedules and multi-party collaboration; excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate all stakeholders effectively.
