The QA Engineer, Customer Complaints is responsible for supporting customer complaints and service processes and will participate in optimization/improvement of the processes, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, QA and is part of the Customer Complaint department located in Radiometer Solutions in Stargard, it will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Handle the intake of complaints from customers and Radiometer subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with complaint investigators in R&D and Operations
- Improve the Global Customer Complaint process in cooperation with the process owner.
- Work closely with the Radiometer Service organization to improve processes related to service.
- Support the organization during audit.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- University degree - preferable faculty in production management, quality engineering.
- Very good (min. B2 level) verbal and written communication skills in English. The position is working closely with the rest of the global organization.
- 1,5 - 5 years experience in medical device QA, medical device or pharma manufacturing or medical device service preferable in Quality, Customer Complaints, Risk management or Quality Data Analysis.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Requires travel 1-3 times per year to other operating company.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, IVD, MD directive, and FDA legislation).
- Working with CRM software.
