About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee software development delivery at Toolyt, an enterprise CRM SaaS platform. The role involves coordinating development teams, managing delivery timelines, optimizing resources, and ensuring high-quality and predictable releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of features, enhancements, bug fixes, and client customizations.
  • Coordinate Development, QA, Design, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
  • Manage sprint planning, execution, releases, and delivery timelines.
  • Allocate resources based on priorities, skills, and capacity.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, productivity, and delivery KPIs.
  • Identify and resolve delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure quality, testing, UAT, and deployment processes are followed.
  • Manage client delivery commitments and communicate timelines proactively.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly delivery reports for leadership.
  • Optimize team utilization and continuously improve delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in software delivery/project coordination.
  • Experience managing Agile/Scrum software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, databases, Git, and deployment processes.
  • Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of SaaS/product development environments.
  • Laravel/PHP knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification.
  • Experience with CRM/enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience in client-specific customization and software delivery.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and release management.

Reports to: Founder & Chairman Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: 35000 - 45000 GBP Per month
