Overview

As a partner in Otterbein’s mission to enrich individual life journeys for all, we are searching for a Timekeeping & Workforce Analyst to play a vital role in supporting workforce technology, timekeeping operations, attendance management, workforce reporting, analytics, and data integrity across Otterbein ministries. Through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service, the Timekeeping & Attendance Analyst will ensure workforce data accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive partner experience while supporting Otterbein's mission and values.

The Timekeeping & Workforce Analyst partners closely with ministry leaders, Payroll, Human Resources, and Operations to resolve timekeeping issues, maintain attendance records, support workforce reporting, and provide training and guidance on workforce management processes. This position is responsible for monitoring workforce data accuracy, conducting audits, supporting Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) reporting efforts, and developing reports and dashboards that provide leaders with actionable workforce insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Teambridge timekeeping, attendance, and PTO processes, ensuring accurate workforce records and system functionality.
  • Monitor, audit, and resolve timekeeping and attendance discrepancies, partnering with Payroll, HR, and operational leaders to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Track attendance trends, absenteeism, tardiness, and workforce metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to support workforce planning and policy administration.
  • Administer workforce management systems, including user support, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, training, and implementation of system enhancements.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics related to attendance, labor utilization, overtime, productivity, compliance, and operational performance.Support workforce data governance and regulatory reporting, including PBJ reporting, audits, validation activities, and correction of workforce data inconsistencies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardized practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and the overall user experience across workforce management processes.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce management, timekeeping, attendance administration, payroll support, human resources, scheduling, or a related operational role.
  • Experience working with payroll, HRIS, or labor management systems preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, long-term care, or multi-site operations preferred.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, or distributing reports and dashboards preferred.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Based Journal preferred, but not necessary
