In Bulgaria we are actively seeking a professional to lead the business and reporting requirements workstream for Group CRM changes, ensuring that CRM decisions are translated into clear reporting requirements, agreed business rules, documented impacts and formal business sign-off.
This is you
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience translating business process changes into reporting requirements.
- Understanding of management reporting, KPIs, data definitions and product/report ownership.
- Ability to work across business, CRM, risk, data and reporting teams.
- Comfortable creating clear documentation, decision logs and sign-off packs.
- Enough data awareness to understand fields, filters, hierarchies and downstream reporting impacts without owning the technical model design.
This is your role
- Facilitate workshops with CRM, Risk, EDP/reporting, Markets, and business stakeholders.
- Document reporting requirements, business rules, KPIs and decisions.
- Build an inventory of reports and products affected by the CRM changes.
- Secure sign-off from reporting owners and business stakeholders on the required reporting outcomes.
- Maintain traceability from CRM decision to reporting impact and sign-off.
- Expected BA deliverables: reporting requirements pack; impacted reports inventory; workshop outputs and actions; business impact assessment; KPI/data definition sign-off; traceability matrix; and reporting input for SIT/UAT/regression testing.
