Cloud DevOps Team Leader

Lead People. Build Platforms. Drive Operational Excellence.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cloud DevOps Team Lead to strengthen and advance our Cloud Operations capability in Vietnam. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and oversight across our cloud operations and client environments, lead platform deployments, upgrades, and automation initiatives, manage complex operational activities, and establish best practices across the DevOps team. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team while remaining hands-on with modern cloud technologies and ensuring secure, reliable and scalable platforms. Working with colleagues in Vietnam, the UK and globally, you'll provide local leadership and collaborate with Cloud Operations, Product and Engineering teams to bring the team together and support their success.

• Lead and support your team through coaching, one-to-ones, development planning, onboarding and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Continue as a senior DevOps engineer across AWS and Kubernetes, driving automation, reliability and operational excellence through Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, monitoring, security, incident management and platform optimisation.

We're looking for someone who has excellent english communication skills and strong technical expertise and a passion for developing people. You'll have significant Cloud, DevOps or Platform Engineering experience, with hands-on AWS, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code expertise, including Terraform. You'll be comfortable solving complex problems and improving production cloud platforms.

You'll also enjoy mentoring and coaching others, with the communication skills, emotional intelligence and leadership capability to build trust and help teams thrive. Experience as a Team Lead, Technical Lead or Senior Engineer is valuable.

You'll work confidently with stakeholders across countries and time zones, contributing to a collaborative culture of learning, innovation and teamwork.
