Infrastructure Engineer (IT & Security) – Vulnerability & Patch Management
Work Mode: Onsite (Eastern timings) Shift timings: 5:30pm - 2:30am IST Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad.
Job Summary:
Seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Endpoint Administration, and IT Security Operations. The role involves managing and securing Windows and VMware environments using ManageEngine Endpoint Central, ensuring systems remain compliant, secure, and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vulnerability assessments, remediation, and patch deployment
across enterprise environments.
- Administer ManageEngine Endpoint Central, including agent management,
OS deployment, software distribution, and endpoint lifecycle management. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain endpoint security, compliance, and platform health.
- Coordinate patching activities with infrastructure and application teams while
minimizing business impact.
- Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, network, and endpoint
related issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, reporting, and vulnerability remediation
tracking.
- Support security compliance requirements and stay updated on emerging
threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central or any other
related tool.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy,
DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience in patch management, vulnerability remediation,
endpoint management, OS imaging, and software deployment.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and security
tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
field.
- Relevant certifications (IT & Security) are a plus.
