About The Role

The Manager, Product Management leads the planning and execution of marketing strategies for DKSH's Medical Devices business, with a strong focus on Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) and laboratory products. This role drives sustainable business growth by developing strategic client relationships, overseeing product launches, and delivering market intelligence that positions DKSH for continuous expansion.

What You Will Deliver

  • Develop and review marketing and business plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability for the Medical Devices business, with a focus on Point-of-Care Testing (POCT)
  • Oversee new product launches end-to-end, including launch planning, roll-out timelines, sample preparation, and display standards, while continuously reviewing sales trends to enhance marketing activities and achieve sales targets
  • Lead market research and competitive intelligence gathering to assess customer attitudes toward current and new products, and present strategic recommendations and innovative ideas to senior management to address market challenges and opportunities
  • Manage stock inventory to ensure optimal supply levels within contractual agreements, and partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to align client business plans and ensure effective cross-functional implementation
  • Identify potential new markets and develop structured market entry strategies, while supporting the building of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships through cross-functional planning and engagement
  • Lead product training programs to equip the sales team with the technical expertise needed to confidently and effectively represent the product portfolio
  • Develop and sustain strategic client relationships to drive effective business planning, long-term growth, and mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and DKSHAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's Degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience in medical devices; hands-on experience with POCT and laboratory products is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
  • Strong understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and product portfolios, with exceptional client management and communication skills
  • Proven track record of senior-level relationship building and experience working effectively within multicultural and global teamsAppreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, particularly in cross-country and cross-cultural interactions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spokenProficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
