As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a diverse portfolio of small change enhancements, improvements and non-standard requests that support both operational efficiency and organisational objectives.

Acting as the link between business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers, you will ensure that technology investments deliver genuine value for colleagues and residents.

This role sits within the Business Change function and is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into outcomes, bringing structure to complexity and ensuring that change is delivered in a controlled, collaborative and customer-focused way

What we are looking for You may currently be working as a Technology Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, Change Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or similar delivery-focused role. We're looking for someone who thrives on turning ideas into outcomes and enjoys working at the heart of technology change delivery

The successful candidate will be an organised and proactive delivery professional, comfortable managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships across the business, and driving change from initial demand through to successful implementation. You will enjoy bringing structure to complexity, balancing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring quality solutions are delivered on time and to budget.

You do not need to be a technical expert to succeed in this role. We are looking for someone with experience of facilitating, coordinating and implementing technology change, bringing together business stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes. Your ability to lead delivery, manage competing priorities and keep change moving forward is more important than hands-on technical knowledge.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience leading the delivery of technology change in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of successfully delivering enhancements across a range of applications, including SaaS and on-premise solutions.
  • The ability to assess new technology demands, develop compelling proposals, and guide them through governance and approval processes
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and build consensus at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging way.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience of working with and managing third-party suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, MS Teams and Asana.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification in Project Management (PRINCE2 or APM)

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master, experience with D365, ITIL principles or the housing sector.
