What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Research: conduct research using public sources, internal systems, and commercial databases to support credit assessments and portfolio reviews
- Financial Analysis: perform financial spreading and analysis of financial institutions (FIs) and non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) to support credit evaluation
- Credit Assessment Support: assist in reviewing financial information, analysing performance trends, and supporting the credit analysis process
- Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with internal stakeholders to gather updated information and support ongoing credit reviews
- Risk Management Initiatives: contribute to departmental initiatives and projects, including rating model enhancements, system migrations, and process improvement efforts
- Process Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance workflows, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency
- Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other credit-related projects and assignments as required
Who You Work With
Global Transaction Banking supports clients through a comprehensive range of transaction banking solutions across markets and industries. Within the Global Financial Institutions team, you'll work alongside experienced credit professionals responsible for assessing and managing credit exposures to financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions. You'll gain valuable insights into risk management, credit assessment methodologies, and the role of credit analysis in supporting sound banking decisions.
