Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Associate Product Owners and 2–3 Data Slingers, ensuring successful delivery of multiple data product initiatives.
  • Define and manage the roadmap, priorities, and execution of enterprise Core Data products.
  • Collaborate with business, data engineering, architecture, and governance teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Drive Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure high standards of product documentation, user stories, UAT, and business value realization.
  • Lead AI-driven initiatives leveraging Snowflake Cortex, Semantic Layer, and conversational analytics capabilities.
  • Promote data quality, governance, and standardization across enterprise data products.
  • Present program updates, product roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Key functions include working with offshore development teams on the design, implementation, and support of applications, proposing technical solutions to process issues with onshore and onsite operations teams, providing technical and applicationrelated production support, solving complex technical problems, testing performance implications for production environments, thinking in terms of objectoriented and application design patterns to solve complex software queries, creating projectspecific technical content, foreseeing and supervising any challenges faced by software developers, spending a large amount of time coding and working with team members to satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, or Data Strategy.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing Product Owners/Business Analysts.
  • Strong experience in Asset Management or Investment Management.
  • Hands-on experience delivering enterprise data products and working with investment data domains.
  • Good understanding of Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, Semantic Layer, AI/LLM solutions, and modern data platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
