Job Description:
Support the planning, execution and governance strategic initiatives across the Operations function. Drive program delivery excellence through effective project management, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure strategic objectives are achieved within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Responsibilities: •Manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations and support functions.
•Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation models.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and coordinate mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.
•Prepare governance materials including steering committee presentations, project status reports, dashboards and executive updates
•Coordinate with business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
•Track program budgets, benefits realization, and key performance indicators against approved business cases.
•Support change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation readiness
•Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting frameworks.
•Conduct project reviews and pos-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities
•Ensure projects comply with internal governance requirements, regulatory expectations, and organizational policies
Qualifications & Experience
•5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategic initiatives, or business transformation, preferably within financial services or payments.
•Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent workstreams
•Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models
•Experience preparing executive-level reporting and governance documentation
•Familiarity with payments operations, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives is preferred.
•PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage
