A leading construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead Design & Build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Design & Build construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

  • Residential and Commercial Design & Build Projects.
  • Land Area: Approximately 8,000 m².
  • Built-up Area: Approximately 30,000 m².

تعلن إحدى كبرى الشركات الرائدة في مجال المقاولات والإنشاءات في مدينة الرياض عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمدير مشروع.

المهام الرئيسية:

  • إدارة مشاريع التصميم والتنفيذ (Design & Build) من البداية وحتى التسليم.
  • قيادة فرق العمل والإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع.
  • متابعة الجدول الزمني والميزانية والجودة والسلامة.
  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والعميل.
  • إدارة المخاطر وضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
  • الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية والعقود.

طبيعة المشاريع:

  • مشاريع سكنية وتجارية (Design & Build).
  • مساحة الأرض: حوالي 8,000 م².
  • مساحة البناء: حوالي 30,000 م².

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing Design & Build projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and execution abilities.
  • Experience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المعمارية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية من 10 إلى 15 سنة في إدارة المشاريع.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع Design & Build.
  • مهارات قيادية وإدارة فرق العمل.
  • مهارات عالية في التخطيط والتنفيذ وإدارة الوقت.
  • يفضل إجادة Primavera P6 أو Microsoft Project.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
