Job Description
We are looking for approachable Project Manager, who will be able to support our teams in providing software to our Client in telecommunication area. If you really enjoy working with people, you know how to make things done on time and have got a sense of humor, feel free to apply.
Location: Wrocław- hybrid
Your responsibilities will be:
- Managing the Project Team and deliverables for external client,
- Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone within the Project Team,
- Communication with stakeholders to understand their challenges and follow progress on projects,
- Collaboration with the technical team members to resolve dependencies between requirement areas and products,
- Leading meetings with stakeholders,
- Planning projects based on input from various stakeholders,
- Keeping projects on track with timelines, effort and quality of deliverables,
- Recognition, analysis, and solving project challenges,
- Managing necessary documentation,
- Driving progress of projects.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as project manager (or on a similar role),
- Experience with Waterfall, Scrum and Agile,
- Experience in JIRA and related tools,
- Perfect written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimum supervision,
- Fluent in English (spoken and written),
- Ability to make your priorities also priorities for others,
- Telecommunication and IT background will be an additional advantage!
