The role will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust, data-driven reporting framework and performance management regime, working closely with the Systems and Digital team to embed automated, consistent, and scalable reporting standards across the Programme.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the systems and Digital team to define and deliver reporting and performance management requirements within system solutions, ensuring alignment with wider digital strategy.
  • Managing cross-Programme engagement (e.g. Task and Finish Groups) to ensure consistent reporting standards and alignment across the project.
  • Overseeing the transition to new reporting arrangements, ensuring seamless implementation through effective change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and initial quality assurance.
  • Ensuring reporting and performance management frameworks cover all aspects of the Programme, including delivery, enabling projects, and benefits realisation, aligned to stakeholder and governance requirements.
  • Promoting a data-driven reporting culture, delivering clear, accurate, and insight-led outputs that provide a single source of truth for decision-makers.
  • Addressing data consolidation challenges through the design and implementation of standardised templates, automated processes, and consistent data structures to ensure timely, aligned, and high-quality information across the Programme.

You’ll need to have:

  • The postholder will have extensive previous experience in reporting or controls roles on large programmes in complex environments.
  • Experience of rolling out new processes across matrix organisations.
  • A very good understanding of the different functions within project controls.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in Power BI reporting.
