Job Description

We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

 

Skills

 

  • Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and applications.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
  • Maintain support documentation and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor recurring technical issues and report findings.

 

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Bahrain.
