Are you looking to build software applications that enable business customers to embark on their digital transformation journeys with Dynamics 365 Sales? Our team delivers high-value, predictive business applications for Sales, running on Azure and integrating Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and many Microsoft cloud services across all devices and form factors. In this role, you will join the product team responsible for designing and building Microsoft’s Dynamics Sales Agents. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead and drive the end-to-end product vision and strategy for D365 Sales while unlocking breakthrough AI agent capabilities. Lead a high-caliber organization of Product Managers, setting the standard for product excellence and operational rigor. Serve as the executive voice for customer engagement and industry evangelism, elevating craft, quality, performance, and reliability across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Set product vision & strategy for the “build” side and align it with company goals.
  • Own the Copilot/AI agents surface. The role operates at the intersection of enterprise-grade reliability, AI innovation and global scale
  • Drive execution excellence—ship criteria, customer-driven quality gates, workbacks for executive reviews, and transparent status, working with an extremely capable and proven engineering team.
  • Lead leaders—hire, grow, and coach PM; set standards for product craft and decision quality; be accountable for Rhythm of Business
  • Champion customers—run structured previews/councils, close the loop on signals, and represent with field and community.
  • Grow NPS of the core product across all customer segments by shaping investments for the larger organization.
  • Drive AI Agent usage and growth of the customer base by setting and achieving ambitious user acquisition and engagement targets.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence, inspiring teams to thrive in an AI-paced world.
  • Own incident response and continuous improvement; prioritize performance, reliability, accessibility, security, and compliance.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development• OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development• OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • Proven track record shipping large-scale SaaS or CRM Sales software having in-depth functional expertise in the Sales Domain.
  • Demonstrated leadership across engineering/design/PM in executive forums.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted product experiences and agent/Copilot-style integrations.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
