The Opportunity: Make a difference; join our Team! CACI has an immediate opening for a Target Systems Analyst supporting USEUCOM at the Joint Analysis Center, RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom.

As a Target Systems Analyst you will have the opportunity to develop intelligence products and analytical assessments that study the complexity of adversarial systems within the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) while directly supporting national security priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce TSA finished intelligence products in accordance with ICD standards.
  • Employ Structured Analytic (SA) techniques, including convergent/divergent thinking and competing hypotheses analysis, to dissect and understand the complexity of adversarial systems within the USEUCOM area of responsibility.
  • Utilize comprehensive methodologies derived from Target System Analysis to explore system intricacies using a blend of finished reporting, raw intelligence, and complex data analytics.
  • Apply defined Target System Analysis methodologies to assess the criticality, vulnerability, recuperation potential, and effects of adversarial systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance the depth and accuracy of your analyses.
  • Disseminate finished intelligence products and brief your findings to select personnel
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other USEUCOM elements and IC partners, as required

Qualifications:

Required:

  • ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst
  • Experience working and coordinating with multiple IC agencies to build consensus and drive production
  • Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
  • Must demonstrate intelligence experience performing either target system analysis, target development, or other all source analytical work related to applying specific analytical methodologies to system analysis
  • USEUCOM analytical and/or operational experience
  • Experience writing to ICD standards
  • Must have current US passport with NO LESS than six months prior to expiration
  • Must be willing to relocate to overseas location in no more than three months, if selected
  • Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 24 months on the overseas program

Desired:

  • 10+ years of All Source Intelligence experience
  • Experience conducting TSA for a national-level agency

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
