About the Role

Join an AI-native legaltech SaaS company as its first product manager and take ownership of product strategy for an enterprise contracting platform. This is a founding-level role focused on shaping the roadmap and taking AI-powered product capabilities from early development into production.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap, making clear decisions about priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback from legal engineers who work directly with customers.
  • Partner with engineering to scope work, plan delivery, and adapt development rhythms for AI-assisted workflows.
  • Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and prototype ideas using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Build the product function, including prioritization practices, product documentation, launches, and success metrics.
  • Use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data, including funnels and cohorts.

What We're Looking For

  • Five to ten years of product management experience on AI-focused engineering teams, with ownership of product roadmaps.
  • Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products to production and working with agentic systems, including evaluations, latency, model behavior, and context.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or AI-native products, including experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product manager.
  • Strong technical collaboration skills and experience prototyping with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Product experience beyond internal tools, HR workflows, and APIs or integrations.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
