Full description

The Role (Responsibilities)

  • For driving business analysis and end-to-end project delivery for key strategic initiatives within the Consumer Business Group.
  • Serve as a key bridge between business units, technical leads, and development teams, ensuring transparent communication, alignment with strategy, and timely roadblock resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, map operational workflows, identify risks, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Harness artificial intelligence tools and automated workflows to accelerate development cycles, optimize project execution, and enhance team productivity.

To succeed in this Role (Requirements)

  • University degree or above Qualification
  • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of HKT connectivity, specifically relating to LTS (Line Testing / Telecommunication Services) within CBG and PND, as well as Wholesale operations within the CG business.
  • Solid technical and programming background capable of understanding complex software architectures, data structures, and system integrations (experience with payment systems or reconciliation platforms is a strong plus).
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to streamline documentation, accelerate project delivery, and optimize daily workflows.
