We’re expanding and seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong experience in network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and IT infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
- Support the setup, installation, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure including Windows servers, Windows Workstations, Linux Server, Linux workstations.
- Perform Active Directory administration tasks.
- Application Support like Solarwinds, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Veeam Backup, SFTP servers etc.
- Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work with senior IT staff to implement security measures and network improvements.
- Assist in patch management and regular software/hardware updates.
- Remediating the Vulnerability through Patching and implementing Security Policies.
- Monitor network performance and escalate issues when necessary.
- Incident Management: Log, categorifze, and resolve incidents in a timely manner; escalate as needed to higher-level support teams.
- Problem Management: Assist in identifying root causes of recurring incidents and contribute to implementing long-term solutions.
- Service Request Fulfillment: Handle common service requests such as access provisioning, software installations, and equipment setups.
- Change Management: Support the execution and documentation of IT changes, ensuring minimal disruption and proper approvals are in place.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, changes, and requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Create and update standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and network diagrams.
- Assist with preparing reports on service metrics and system health.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, RHEL Linux.
- Knowledge of hardware setup and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and contribute to documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
