Key Responsibilities

As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization through the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain

individual ticket queue and serve as the primary point of contact for client communication

  • Interpret

time-series data to support clients

  • Identify

potential hardware issues raised by clients.

  • Validate

clients’ requests to license Delsys software.

  • Provide

comprehensive training for clients on Delsys hardware and software.

  • Manage

demo & loan stock, ensuring availability and functionality.

  • Perform

software and hardware testing to ensure optimal performance.

  • Use

technical knowledge to generate support guides and documents for customer consumption.

Requirements

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s

degree in Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a related field.

  • Proven

experience in a technical support role, preferably in the academic, healthcare or medical device industry.

  • Strong

analytical skills with the ability to interpret time-series data.

  • Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent

problem-solving & deduction skills

  • Proficiency

in providing software and hardware training.
