About DelRicht Research

DelRicht Research is a national network of integrated clinical research sites embedded within physician practices, combining dedicated local research teams with the support and capabilities of a centralized organization.

Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for patients, and ultimately our goal is to move medicine forward by helping bring new medications through the clinical research process toward FDA approval. Today, our network includes 33 clinical research sites across 18 states.

NOTE: This is a full-time, onsite position in Metiaire, LA. We believe in-person collaboration is key to our success. This position is not available for hybrid or remote work, and preference will be given to local applicants.

About the Position

Our customer is the patient. DelRicht partners with physicians to conduct clinical trials, and our advertising helps potential patients learn about research opportunities and possible new treatments. Your work will help bring those opportunities to life through clear, compelling visual communication. DelRicht Research is growing its creative team and looking for a full-time Graphic Design Coordinator to help connect patients with clinical research opportunities! This is a hands-on opportunity to build strong digital advertising creative, develop your skills and contribute to a team that plays an important role in the advancement of medicine.

Your primary focus will be graphic design for digital advertising, including Facebook and Instagram creative. You will turn creative briefs into finished assets, adapt designs to different formats and help the team produce consistent, high-quality work efficiently.

We are open to designers who are early in their careers as well as candidates who bring more experience. You do not need to arrive with years of advertising experience or the ability to develop every campaign concept independently. Strong design skills and the ability to execute a brief matter most. If you bring independent concept development or another creative specialty, we would love to see it and discuss how it could contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Create graphics for patient-recruitment advertising, with a focus on digital and social formats.
  • Translate creative briefs into clear, visually engaging designs that communicate the intended message.
  • Create and edit media based on supplied specifications, including aspect ratios and dimensions.
  • Collaborate with the paid media team to develop assets and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage multiple design assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare creative for review and make revisions before assets go live, ensuring alignment with all deadlines.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and additional creative capabilities as your experience and strengths allow.

Skills Needed to Win

  • Required: Proficiency with professional-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop or other Adobe tools. We are open to other tools such as Canva that allow you to produce high-quality, production-ready work.
  • Strong hands-on graphic design skills, supported by a portfolio or body of work.
  • Ability to execute creative briefs and adapt designs to specified formats and technical requirements.
  • Ability to explain your design choices, receive feedback and make thoughtful revisions.
  • A detail-oriented approach and the ability to produce reliable work efficiently.
  • An applicable bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required if you have a strong body of work.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior paid-advertising experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience creating social advertising assets, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn creative.
  • Video and audio editing, animation, motion graphics or dynamic typography skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining strong independent design skills and quality control.
  • A creative specialty or artistic interest that could bring something new to the team.
  • Coffee drinkers preferred…Tea drinkers accepted.
