About the RoleYou will join the InfoJobs iOS engineering team, which maintains the #1 jobs marketplace position in Spain. We are looking for an exceptional Senior iOS Developer to work in a cross-functional product team using Agile methodologies (SCRUM and Lean). You will collaborate with Product and Design to shape solutions, taking ownership of features from discovery to production.

What You'll Do• Strategic & Cross-Team Impact: Responsible end-to-end for tactical or strategic initiatives (including epics, OKRs, or OKR Projects) spanning more than 1 Quarter that involve and influence multiple teams and disciplines.

  • Design & Implementation: Build and scale features in a native iOS app used by millions of users, participating in the identification of innovative new solutions based on best practices and a broad perspective.
  • Architecture & Best Practices: Drive architectural decisions and promote/define good practices to be adopted within the iOS discipline, even impacting other disciplines, aligned with industry evolution. Master the frameworks and infrastructure necessary for the development, implementation, and deployment of our solutions.
  • Technical Debt & Problem Solving: Take responsibility for leading, managing, monitoring, and proactively solving the main technical debt items of your discipline across teams. Act as a role model to maintain and support services in production and promptly resolve incidents.
  • Mentorship & Team Leadership: Grow, improve, and accelerate colleagues using technical mentoring and coaching techniques. Take direct responsibility for the technical development of at least 1 person from your discipline.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Talent Attraction: Proactively share knowledge internally and externally (through training, talks, documentation, etc.) and collaborate in corporate image promotion. Participate in hiring processes and attract talent by attending conferences, networking events, and sharing technical milestones.

What We're Looking ForRequired• Patterns: Design and guide the team in scalable feature implementation using MVP / MVVM.

  • Quality Assurance: Drive robust testing standards across the discipline using Quick/Nimble (BDD), XCTest, snapshot tests, and KIF, utilizing Sourcery for auto-generated test doubles.
  • Asynchronous Patterns: Lead the adoption of modern async/await concurrency while maintaining and safely migrating legacy PromiseKit flows.
  • Tooling: Own, scale, and optimize mobile CI/CD pipelines and team tooling using Fastlane, Bitrise, SwiftLint, and Danger.
  • Deep expertise in Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit.
  • Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, Repository patterns, and Dependency Injection.
  • Proven ability to anticipate impact, manage tradeoffs, and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence product or business decisions through business impact analysis in the medium or long term.
  • Hands-on experience with unit/UI testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
  • Comfort with a large, hybrid codebase (~30% UIKit, ~70% SwiftUI).

Valued• Experience working with agents and AI (Claude, Gemini)

  • SwiftUI-first mindset for new features.
  • Experience with A/B testing and feature flags.
  • Knowledge of Sourcery or other code generation tools.
  • Up to date with the latest ecosystem, including iOS 26 and new Apple frameworks.
