JOB PURPOSE: Lead the organization’s business intelligence strategy by overseeing reporting frameworks, analytics governance, and dashboard standardization to ensure accurate, scalable, and insight-driven decision-making that supports strategic and operational objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the enterprise business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Establish standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and governance policies
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms
  • Lead business intelligence transformation and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define analytical priorities
  • Monitor analytics performance and continuously improve reporting efficiency
  • Oversee data visualization standards and user experience in dashboards
  • Manage vendor relationships related to business intelligence platforms
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the business intelligence team
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards
  • Present executive-level insights and performance summaries
