Role Overview

Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce engineering and transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will be the primary delivery interface for business and technology stakeholders, driving scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, team coordination, governance, and predictable outcomes. This role requires exceptional communication and strong executive presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Own project delivery from initiation through production stabilization, including scope, schedule, budget, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources.

· Establish and maintain delivery plans, sprint/release plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance cadence.

· Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog coordination, and release readiness activities.

· Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects, Technical Leads, developers, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.

· Manage distributed teams and coordinate onsite/U.S. stakeholders with offshore delivery teams where applicable.

· Provide clear and concise executive and stakeholder communication, including delivery health, risks, decisions required, and recovery plans.

· Drive dependency management and proactively remove delivery blockers.

· Coordinate UAT, release planning, deployment readiness, production cutover, and post-production stabilization.

· Ensure delivery follows agreed quality, security, compliance, change-management, and governance standards.

· Manage scope changes and ensure impacts to cost, timeline, resources, and quality are clearly communicated and approved.

· Use Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent delivery tools effectively.

· Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, estimation, planning, communication, and team execution.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong Salesforce/CRM project delivery experience. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other enterprise Salesforce capabilities is preferred.

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and software development lifecycle.

· Proven experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, governance, risk management, and delivery reporting.

· Strong planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and dependency-management skills.

· Experience managing enterprise or complex integration programs is preferred.

· PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification is preferred.

· Salesforce certification is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
