Electrical Project Manager
Role Overview
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for driving residential and commercial electrical sales through in-home consultations, job scoping, and customer-focused solutions. This role combines sales expertise, technical knowledge, and project ownership to deliver a seamless experience from initial call to job completion. The Electrical Project Manager ensures customers receive honest recommendations, accurate pricing, and a high-quality installation or service outcome while consistently achieving revenue and performance targets.

What You'll Do
Daily Duties
- Run scheduled sales appointments and service leads
- Perform in-home evaluations and identify customer needs
- Build and present clear, solution-based proposals
- Sell electrical install and service work (panels, service upgrades, generators, rewires, etc.)
- Ensure accurate job scoping, pricing, and documentation
- Handle financing options and assist customers through approval process
- Maintain consistent follow-up on open estimates
- Communicate job details clearly with install and service teams
- Ensure CRM documentation is complete and accurate for all opportunities
- Manage customer expectations from sale through project completion
Weekly Duties
- Review personal performance metrics (close rate, average ticket, revenue)
- Track open estimates and follow-up opportunities
- Coordinate upcoming jobs with install teams to ensure readiness
- Review pipeline and forecast upcoming sales
- Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
Monthly Duties
- Review individual KPIs and sales performance
- Identify areas for improvement in close rate and average ticket
- Participate in training on products, systems, and sales process
- Review pricing, financing usage, and overall job profitability
How Success Is Measured
- Sales Volume: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets are consistently met
- Close Rate: Maintain strong conversion rates on provided leads
- Average Sale: Jobs are sold with proper scope, pricing, and profitability

- Job Accuracy: Sold jobs are installed without major scope gaps or issues
