Lead the Technical and Engineering Services team to deliver expert engineering and asset management support across the railway lifecycle. Drive asset management strategies, oversee major renewal programmes, and manage new technologies to enhance safety and operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical and Engineering Services team to deliver expert engineering and asset management support across the railway lifecycle, including asset introduction, maintenance, renewal and replacement
- Drive asset management strategies and frameworks to ensure compliance with ISO 55001 and optimise asset performance
- Lead investigations into major engineering incidents and implement improvement initiatives to enhance railway safety and operational performance
- Oversee the planning and delivery of major asset renewal and long-term asset replacement programmes including non-fare revenue projects
- Manage new technologies and smart maintenance solutions for railway line development and bidding activities
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in large-scale railway or infrastructure projects, of which 6 years should be at managerial level
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised poffessional institution in Engineering
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable terms
- Required to be stationed in Beijing, China
