As a Lead Product Designer for CREW, you will lead end-to-end design for high-impact projects, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable internal systems. Craft meaningful, delightful experiences. We value innovation, high engagement, and a healthy dose of fun.

About the role:

The Lead Product Designer I  will be responsible for driving specific B2C charters and mentoring junior designers working with them on the charter.  They have to carry out user immersions, incorporate insights into their projects, architect frameworks for the features/products they are in charge of, and be a bar raiser for craft and final outputs.

  • Be able to lead design and mentor/guide peers in framework thinking and how to incorporate research insights and data points into the feature/product

  • Work effortlessly with senior stakeholders and peers and is able to adapt quickly to changing scopes and expectations
  • Strong understanding of AI, prototyping and other key differentiating tools that will give us an edge in user experiences
  • Be a champion for emotional design and DLS reusability.

What qualities are we looking for?

  • 5-7 years of relevant product design experience in a B2C Technology startup
  • Bar raiser in visual design, craft and design thinking
  • Should have worked in a fast & dynamic work setup
  • Able to work with a team and has demonstrated leadership qualities in their previous company 
  • Has the desire to manage in future
