Full description

Job Summary:  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Client Enablement to drive the planning, governance, and execution of client implementations and service solutions in healthcare technology. This position sits within the Project Management vertical of Client Enablement and joins a small PM team that collectively owns delivery governance across client engagements, ensuring seamless implementation, effective communication, and measurable outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience, capable of managing client implementations end to end, holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to their commitments, and scaling client success processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, pharmacists, operations, data analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Serve as a client-facing liaison, ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Standardize and continuously improve the onboarding process for new clients to drive satisfaction and scalability.
  • Build and maintain a C-level knowledge base- collecting, organizing, and maintaining key client and project information for strategic visibility.
  • Develop and refine playbooks for scaling and standardizing client success processes across teams.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to enhance client experience and ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Maintain deep awareness of pharmaceutical trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes to guide long-term product strategy.

Project Governance & PMO

  • Co-own the project system of record in monday.com alongside the broader PM team, with accountability for assigned engagements and shared responsibility for board standards, templates, and automations across the portfolio. Every task, action item, risk, and decision is captured on a board: if it is not on the plan, it does not exist.
  • Build and maintain the standard engagement board set (Portfolio, Internal Tasks, External Actions & Decisions, Milestones) from shared templates, enforcing required fields (single owner, status, priority, due date) on every open item.
  • Maintain a Decision Log and Risk & Issue Log for each engagement, mapped to deliverables and milestones, and flag items requiring executive sponsor decision or support.
  • Ensure every external commitment leaves a client or co-vendor meeting with a named owner, organization, and due date.
  • Run the client meeting ritual: produce the pre-read from open decisions and actions, capture outcomes live during the call, and circulate the decisions log and updated milestone plan within two business days. Manage daily and weekly client calls with proactive updates and issue resolution.
  • Own the Jira handoff for assigned engagements: create and link engineering tickets as tracked tasks, monitor Jira status through to business-outcome verification, and keep tickets visible to leadership. Engineering "done" is not PM "done."
  • Participate in the weekly PM / Implementation team sync to align on board items, call out risks, and build the go-live readiness checklist (end-to-end and API testing, catch-up file cadence, parser checks, vendor testing, operational readiness). Implementation owns execution; PM tracks and holds owners accountable.
  • Maintain the quarterly sprint / portfolio board so in-flight implementations and launches are visible at a milestone level without redundant boards.
  • Identify ambiguous or undocumented processes, schedule time with subject-matter experts, and draft SOPs for review and refinement.
  • Configure and maintain board automations (overdue escalation, blocked-item alerts, weekly digests) so follow-up is systematic rather than manual.
  • Manage client-facing visibility, when requested, through filtered and automation-fed shareable boards that keep internal and external views separated.
  • Follow the PM operating cadence: daily overdue review, weekly health rating and status note per engagement, and participation in the weekly PMO review

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or client success/enablement, preferably within healthcare technology, SaaS, or pharmaceutical services.
  • Proven track record managing software products and/or client implementations from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with engineering teams in iterative environments.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry processes is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience administering monday.com (or an equivalent work-management platform), including board templates, Connect Boards and mirror columns, automations, and Jira integration; working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project, operational, and financial metrics to drive client and delivery decisions.
  • Comfort using AI tooling (e.g., Claude) to draft SOPs, summarize meetings, and track ticket progress.
  • Demonstrated discipline in decision and risk log hygiene and action-item accountability across client, co-vendor, and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of HIPAA-adjacent data handling, including the distinction between project metadata and restricted data.
  • Ability to onboard quickly into established templates and standards and operate as a peer within a small, experienced PM team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
