About the Role
Manhattan Associates is seeking a Services Project Manager to coordinate WM software implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization. This role is the day-to-day project-management contact for the client and works closely with solution consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to keep delivery on track.
This is an individual-contributor role focused on projects or defined workstreams of modest to moderate scope.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and status reports.
- Coordinate WM implementation activities across business process, configuration, integrations, data, testing, training, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Serve as the day-to-day project contact for client stakeholders and facilitate effective project meetings and communications.
- Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and required client decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive timely completion of assigned actions and milestones.
- Identify and escalate material risks, scope concerns, commercial matters, and cross-workstream issues.
- Support transition to post-go-live stabilization and capture lessons learned.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, engineering, supply chain, logistics, information systems, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in project management, professional services, enterprise software implementation, systems integration, or a related field.
- Experience in a client-facing role within a software, supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail, or consulting organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional contributors without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel to client or Manhattan Associates locations as required by project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Manhattan Associates WM software or another warehouse management system.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, or related supply chain processes.
- Experience with software implementation activities such as configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, or go-live stabilization.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project-management training or certification.
