Would you like to make an impact as part of a company that builds the best mobile apps used by millions of users worldwide? If so, discover your next challenge below.

About the Role

As a Lead Product Manager at Labhouse, you will be responsible for leading the product end-to-end, working closely with the CEOs to define, build, and scale our apps. Your mission will be to own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth across our portfolio.

You will take full ownership of the product lifecycle — from ideation and validation to launch and optimization — combining strong product intuition, design sensibility, and analytical rigor. This role requires someone highly autonomous, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven, capable of defining KPIs, building dashboards, and making data-informed decisions.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Work closely with CEOs to define new app opportunities and build products from scratch.
  • Own the product roadmap of live apps, optimizing core features and improving key KPIs.
  • Lead product development end-to-end, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
  • Drive revenue growth across products through continuous experimentation and iteration.
  • Define and implement KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to track performance.
  • Design and optimize user funnels: acquisition, retention, monetization, and virality.
  • Gather and structure user feedback and customer support insights to inform product decisions.
  • Continuously benchmark competitors and explore innovative approaches to improve product quality and UX.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and decision-making

About You:

Academic background:

  • Ideally, with a technical degree (Computer Science, Data, or Telecommunications Engineering), to feel comfortable building dashboards and working hands-on with data.

What are we looking for

  • Experience building products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100
  • Experience in mobile development, preferably in mobile apps with subscription-based models, F2P games, or consumer products.
  • Strong product sense and design intuition, with the ability to create experiences that drive user behavior.
  • Hands-on mindset: not just defining product strategy, but personally driving its implementation and execution to grow revenue.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Solid analytical foundation: SQL, statistics, experimentation, and product metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, ARPU). Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel)
  • Strong project management skills, able to prioritize high-impact initiatives, understand trade-offs, and mitigate risks.
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Passion for UI/UX and Apple-like product experiences.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.

Communication:

  • Solid level of spoken and written English.
  • Clear, structured communicator who can simplify complex data into product narratives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building products from 0 to 1.
  • Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments.

What we Offer:

  • The opportunity to work side by side with serial entrepreneurs who've built and exited at the highest level
  • A real path to becoming a product leader, mentored directly by the CEO
  • A fast-moving, AI-native environment where shipping beats talking
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies, including the chance to integrate AI models into new apps.
  • Remote work from anywhere in Spain. If you are based in Barcelona, we would love for you to join us at the office (Barcelona Tech City) at least two days a week.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Permanent contract with an attractive compensation package, above the market average
  • A young and top entrepreneurial team in a dynamic startup environment.
