Your Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project/Service Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a technical background, and a desire to grow their career in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects and service delivery activities.

• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.

• Monitor project progress, risks, and service performance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Profile

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willingness to develop and grow as a Project Manager

• Good level of English, both written and spoken.

Foundational knowledge of:

• Networks

• Cybersecurity

• Electronics

• Data Analytics

• Roaming Data

• Linux

Preferred Profile

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience working in technical, telecommunications, or IT environments.

• Telco and roaming knowledge

• Project Management/PMBoK Training

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
