Today, we're a team of 400+ people across 60+ countries, building a product used by travelers every day. We've grown quickly, but we've worked hard to keep what matters: trust, ownership, and the freedom for people to do great work without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
We're fully remote by design, genuinely global, and united by a shared mission to make travel simpler for everyone.

- Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
We are seeking a versatile Solution Architect to lead the localized adaptation and system integration of our Global MVNO Core. Your mission is to ensure that our platform (HSS, DRA, PGW) isn't just "connected," but fully optimized for specific local market requirements.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our standardized engineering sprints and the diverse, custom-heavy needs of local MNOs, regulators, and partners. You will provide the "Functional Why and What" to the Core Network Engineers, allowing them to focus on the technical architecture while you ensure all regional mandates and interconnectivity specifications are met.
\n
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary conduit between legal/regulatory findings and the Core Network team, translating regional mandates into clear functional requirements and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Leading requirement discovery workshops with local MNOs, regulators, and internal teams to define scope, priorities, and implementation approach.
- Comparing local regulatory requirements against existing platform capabilities and collaborating with Core Engineers to identify necessary enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options.
- Creating high-level technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services (e.g., MNP, Lawful Interception) to guide engineering teams and drive consistent implementation patterns.
- Defining business rules and data exchange requirements for Number Portability (MNP) and specifying functional needs for voice/SMS routing, including edge cases and exception handling.
- Defining data points and reporting frequencies required by local authorities, ensuring the engineering team builds the necessary data extraction tools and validation checks.
- Leading the definition of acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements to ensure that technical delivery successfully satisfies the specific regulatory hurdles of each country.
- Managing the technical-regulatory checklist for various countries simultaneously, ensuring all dependencies are captured for the development sprint and risks are proactively escalated.
- Coordinating with local central databases and external partners to ensure interworking specifications meet local quality-of-service mandates and integration readiness milestones.
- Mentoring and upskilling Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams on best practices for writing user stories, functional specifications, and traceability from regulation to implementation.
- Providing functional leadership to development teams by clarifying intent, reviewing stories/acceptance criteria, and supporting solution design decisions that balance compliance, scalability, and maintainability.
•
Must haves:
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably within the Telecom or Tech industry.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
- Highly skilled in writing clear User Stories, Functional Specs, and managing Jira tickets that an engineering team can execute against.
- Experience or deep interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and the nuances of varying global telecom markets.
- Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation and process flowcharts.
- Experience coaching and mentoring members of the team
- Ability to act as a liaison between legal, product, and engineering teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
•
Nice to have:
- Prior work experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
- Experience with GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
- Familiarity with Lawful Interception (LI) and regional compliance reporting.
