Job Description
- Manage service requests and business requirements related to systems and applications.
- Elicit, analyze, clarify, and document business needs from stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative information to support decision-making.
- Perform impact assessments and evaluate the implications of proposed changes.
- Identify the appropriate application modules and solution areas where requirements can be implemented.
- Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, user stories, and business requirements.
- Support requirement validation, testing, and solution acceptance activities.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience working within software development projects and integrated application ecosystems.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Ability to assess business impact and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Telecom industry experience is considered an advantage.
