Electrical Equipment Manufacturing · 5,001-10,000 employees
About the role

What they look for
Requirements
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in B2B SaaS environments. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SQL, and experience with major ERP and CRM systems is required.
Full description
Role summary
You'll be the single voice of the customer for the India team — translating roadmap intent into clear, sliceable stories the squad can pick up and ship. You'll own the cross-OpCo backlog and make sure every feature has a clearly-stated business outcome, a measurable KPI, and the right level of detail for engineering to estimate confidently.
What you'll do
- Own + groom the DCx India backlog across all four OpCos; partner with US Product Management on prioritisation.
- Translate executive-level charters into epics → stories with clear acceptance criteria; use Gherkin BDD when it helps clarity.
- Run user research with sales, CSRs, customers as needed — never let the team build the wrong thing.
- Model and document complex business flows: Quote-to-Cash, RMA, Order-to-Cash, customer onboarding (Lit/Dark/Venture/CP cohorts).
- Partner with the Integration Analyst + Data Engineer on data contracts: every story names the source-of-truth system for every data element.
- Define + track success KPIs in Fabric for every shipped feature; the loop closes — not just 'we shipped it' but 'it worked'.
- Act as proxy product owner for the India squad's day-to-day questions; pair with the Scrum Master on sprint readiness.
Must have
- 6+ years as a BA / PO on B2B SaaS or commerce / portal programs.
- Strong working knowledge of commerce, quote, order, and RMA workflows.
- Comfortable in **Jira + Confluence** at expert level; story writing is muscle memory.
- Experience with at least one ERP (SAP / JDE / Oracle / Dynamics) and one CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot / Dynamics).
- Strong analytical / data instincts — you can write a SQL query when you need an answer, not file a ticket.
- Excellent written + verbal communication — your stories, charters, and reviews are clear, brief, and complete.
Nice to have
- Industrial / sensors / instrumentation domain knowledge.
- Hands-on with BigCommerce, Salesforce CPQ, or Perfion.
- Experience using AI tools (LLMs) for story generation, user research synthesis, or competitive analysis.
- Power BI literacy.
