Responsibilities
- Manages the Awards Program to include the coordination, tracking, editing, and quality control of awards across the organization.
- Reviews the quality of awards submissions, edits submissions as required, assembles the award package, prepares them for final signature, and delivers them as required.
- Liaises between the federal HR organization, the requestor, and other stakeholders to ensure the timeliness and quality of awards that meet or exceed expectations.
- Tracks award submissions and provide metrics such as timeliness and quality.
- Develops and communicates award policies, procedures, guidance, solicitations, and any other relevant information that enable stakeholders to effectively and efficiently recognize staff performance across the organization.
- Plans and facilitates meetings to align stakeholder expectations and meet deliverables.
- Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
- Drives task completion, tracks risks, and develops mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Project, SharePoint, Teams.
- Clearance: Current possession of a Public Trust, or the ability to obtain one.

- Proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Ability to provide detailed quality control of deliverables received by others prior to final approval.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
Estimated Salary/Wage
USD $130,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $150,000.00/Yr.
