This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue & GTM FP&A based in the United States.
We are looking for a strategic and analytical finance professional to help drive revenue growth and strengthen business decision-making within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. In this role, you will partner directly with general managers and senior executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. You will take ownership of revenue forecasting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting. Working alongside high-performing professionals with backgrounds in consulting, investment banking, and financial planning, you will help shape business strategy and improve operational performance. You will also develop scalable analytical frameworks, streamline financial processes, and mentor junior colleagues. Accountabilities
- Strategic business partnership: Collaborate with general managers and C-suite executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to identify growth opportunities, evaluate business performance, and influence strategic decisions.
- Revenue forecasting and planning: Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, ensuring financial projections reflect business priorities, operational trends, and evolving market conditions.
- Financial modeling and analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling, variance analysis, scenario planning, and performance assessments to identify trends, evaluate risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Executive reporting and insights: Translate complex financial information and imperfect datasets into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling narratives for senior leadership.
- Analytics and process transformation: Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks, improve forecasting methodologies, and streamline financial planning processes to support continued business growth.
- Cross-functional alignment: Work with stakeholders across departments to align revenue strategies, establish priorities, and ensure execution against key financial and operational objectives.
- Leadership and talent development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, encouraging analytical rigor, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen financial systems, reporting practices, and decision-making processes in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Requirements
- Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, strategy consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical field.
- Financial expertise: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, revenue forecasting, scenario analysis, budgeting, and executive-level financial reporting.
- Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to connect financial insights with broader business objectives and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
- Executive communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
- Business partnership: Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing executives to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Analytical problem-solving: Ability to work effectively with incomplete, complex, or imperfect datasets, distinguish meaningful insights from noise, and make sound recommendations.
- Process improvement: Experience developing scalable analytical processes, improving financial workflows, and driving initiatives from strategic planning through execution.

- Competitive base salary: Annual salary ranging from $104,500 to $167,600, depending on geographic location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Zone 1: $111,800–$167,600 for eligible locations, including California, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Washington State.
- Zone 2: $104,500–$156,700 for other U.S. locations.
- Additional compensation: Annual bonus opportunities and equity as part of the overall compensation package.
