Job Summary:
The HR Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for the development, governance, and delivery of HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), delivering actionable insights that support strategic workforce planning, talent management, compliance, payroll, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical reporting expertise with business acumen and a passion for transforming HR data into meaningful insights. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OTBI dashboard development, and HR data is strongly preferred.
