Preferred Location: Sunnyvale, California

Seniority & Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within POS, e-commerce, online ordering, or marketplace platforms.

Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of restaurant workflows, including Front-of-House (FoH), Kitchen Operations (KDS), and Back-of-House (BoH) management.

Key Responsibilities & Execution

  • User Experience & Scalability: Lead end-to-end UX for single and multi-location operators, balancing merchant flexibility with an intuitive user experience.
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Translate merchant research and user feedback into a prioritized, high-impact product roadmap.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Define key performance metrics and leverage product analytics to guide feature iterations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support to build, launch, and scale features.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Articulate product strategy, technical trade-offs, and business outcomes clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 145,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 203,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

This position is available for independent contractors
