Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Mid-Level Weapons System Analyst/Missile Systems Analyst to support critical government initiatives in Huntsville, AL.

What You'll Do

  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
  • Assess current and future foreign lethal/non-lethal weapon systems, including capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpile, deployment, proliferation, and impact to U.S./Coalition forces.

What You Bring

  • Active minimum TS clearence
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with weapons intelligence; missile/air-defense knowledge; all-source analysis; technical assessment; analytic writing
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services
  • Strong knowledge of order of battle; proliferation; production analysis; threat forecasting; acquisition support
